Mind
Thoughts, emotions, and patterns of meaning. We create space for reflection, awareness, and insight — the quiet conditions that make genuine adaptation possible.
Evidence-based psychological care designed to support mental wellbeing through the integration of mind, body, and brain — tailored to the whole person, not just the presenting concern.
Mental wellbeing is not a single story. At ekatra, we work with the full picture — because you are more than any one symptom, label, or chapter. You deserve a space that truly sees all of you.
Our approach
Thoughts, emotions, and patterns of meaning. We create space for reflection, awareness, and insight — the quiet conditions that make genuine adaptation possible.
The lived, sensory experience of being human. Stress, trauma, and anxiety live in the body — and grounding, presence, and regulation are often where meaningful change begins.
Neural pathways, habits, and the capacity for transformation. We work with how you learn, adapt, and integrate experience over time — drawing on neuroplasticity and empirically supported methods.
Our team
Ekatra brings together trained psychologists and psychotherapists who share the same integrative philosophy — honouring mind, body, and brain — while tailoring the therapeutic process to each person and their unique story.
Director & Founder
Clinical Psychologist & Director, Ekatra · Gurugram (formerly NK–PWRC)
For Ms. Navneet Kaur, psychotherapy has never been only about reducing symptoms — it has always been about helping people reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. This conviction is the heart of everything Ekatra stands for.
The vision behind Ekatra grew from a desire to create a space that feels emotionally safe while remaining clinically grounded — a place where people can slow down enough to truly listen to themselves. She believes meaningful psychological work happens not only in structured sessions, but also in moments of reflection, emotional awareness, and gradual integration.
She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI) from GMCH-32, Chandigarh, and integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed practices — always tailored to each person's lived experience and goals.
Through Ekatra, she hopes to nurture not only individual therapeutic journeys and psychological assessments, but also wider community conversations — through workshops, support groups, and reflection circles designed to make mental health more accessible, human, and compassionate.
Counselling Psychologist
Ekatra · Gurugram
Hi, I’m Simran Kalra, a Counselling Psychologist at Ekatra. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2018 and have since been working with individuals navigating childhood trauma, self-esteem concerns, and relational difficulties. My aim is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more aligned with their values, and build lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
I believe therapy should feel like an inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and IFS-informed, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we create space to process emotions, understand patterns, and explore yourself at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
In therapy with me, you can expect collaboration, confidentiality, mutually decided goals, and a space where you can show up unapologetically as yourself. I also bring gentle structure into sessions so that while we unpack difficult experiences, we do so mindfully without dysregulating or overwhelming you.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy art, strength training, and travelling. I’m also a certified scuba diver, and deeply value experiences that foster curiosity, grounding, and self-discovery — qualities I carry into my work as a therapist.
Clinical Psychologist
Ekatra · Gurugram
As a therapist, I strive to create a space where people feel safe enough to be fully seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I have over 3 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse mental health settings, including the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) of National Health Mission (NHM), and AIIMS New Delhi.
My areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders (such as GAD, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, and phobias), personality disorders, neurodivergence, psychosomatic concerns, trauma, and grief responses.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I believe therapy is not “one size fits all,” which is why I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. My lens is empathetic, intersectional, and socio-culturally informed.
Above all, my aim is to help individuals feel validated, empowered, and supported as they navigate their healing journey.
I love painting, hiking, and reading. I can’t live without coffee and music.

Reach out via call or message to schedule a brief introductory conversation and understand your requirements.
The first few sessions focus on understanding presenting concerns, personal history, patterns, goals, and suitability for psychotherapy.

Progress is reviewed collaboratively, with focus on integration, adaptation, and thoughtful closure when the time is right.
